Terms of Use — Peachy

Peachy is not medical advice. It provides general fitness programming and exercise instruction. Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant or postpartum, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, joint or back problems, or are recovering from an injury or surgery. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or shortness of breath.

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Field View LLC (“we”, “us”), which operates Peachy. By downloading or using Peachy you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old to use Peachy.

2. What Peachy does

Peachy builds a glute-focused training program from your answers, guides you through workouts with exercise videos and form cues, logs your sets, suggests weight and rep targets, lets you keep private measurements and progress photos, and — with Peachy Pro — offers an AI coach and a members-only community. Programs are general and are not tailored to any medical condition. Results vary from person to person and depend on many things outside the app, and we do not promise any particular change in strength, size or shape.

3. Exercise at your own risk

Physical exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for choosing weights and movements that are safe for you, warming up, using equipment correctly and in a safe space, and stopping when something does not feel right. Suggested weights and reps are estimates based on what you log; they are not a requirement, and you should never lift a load you cannot control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume the risks of any exercise you do while using Peachy.

4. Your account

Peachy creates an account for you when you first open the app, and you can sign in with Apple to keep it across devices. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and Apple ID secure. Give accurate answers and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account.

5. Subscriptions, free trials and billing

Peachy’s workouts, AI coach and community require a Peachy Pro subscription. Peachy Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the Apple App Store and offered weekly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country and over time. Your purchase is also governed by Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of a free trial if you start one.
Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period and at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free trial. Eligible new subscribers can start with a free trial (currently 3 days). The trial length and the price that follows are shown before you confirm. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription and you are charged the price shown when you started it. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Introductory and special offers. Any discounted offer shows its price, billing period and renewal price before you confirm. A discounted plan renews at the price shown for it unless the offer says otherwise.
How to cancel. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time: on your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Peachy › Cancel Subscription, or visit Manage Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next one. After you cancel you keep Peachy Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds. Apple handles all billing and refunds. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly, but if something went wrong on our side, email us and we will support your request.
Price changes. If we change a subscription’s price, Apple notifies you in advance and asks for your consent where required. The new price applies from your next renewal.
Restoring purchases. If you reinstall Peachy or switch iPhones, open Profile and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID.

6. Your content

Your answers, workout logs, measurements, photos, chats and posts stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to store them, process them to run the app for you, and show them back to you. For community posts and comments, that includes showing them to other Peachy users. That permission ends when the content is deleted. Only upload photos of yourself, and nothing unlawful. How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. The AI coach

The coach is an AI assistant powered by a third-party AI model (see the Privacy Policy). Its replies are generated automatically, can be wrong or incomplete, and are general fitness guidance — not medical, nutritional or mental-health advice. Use your own judgment, and don’t rely on it in an emergency. Suggested plan changes only take effect when you confirm them. Usage limits apply and may change.

8. Community guidelines

The community is a supportive space for training together. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By posting, commenting or reacting you agree to these rules, which are the same guidelines you accept in the app:

Be kind and supportive. Celebrate effort and strength, never bodies or looks.
No harassment, hate, bullying or sexual content. No body shaming, ever.
No photos, no personal details, no spam or selling.
No medical or extreme diet advice. Point people to a professional.
Don’t impersonate anyone or use a display name that is offensive.

You can report posts and comments and block other users in the app. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules, and we may suspend or remove the accounts that posted it. Content that receives several reports may be hidden automatically while we review it. You are responsible for what you post; we don’t endorse user content and aren’t obliged to monitor it, but we may remove anything at our discretion.

9. Acceptable use

Do not copy, download, redistribute or resell the exercise videos, programs or other content in the app. Exercise videos are licensed from a third party and are for your personal use in the app only.
Do not reverse-engineer, decompile or scrape the app or its services.
Do not interfere with the security or integrity of the service.
Do not use Peachy for anything unlawful.

10. Our intellectual property

The app, this website, the Peachy name and logo, and the programs and content in them belong to Field View LLC or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules. Nothing else is granted.

11. Changes to the app and these terms

We may add, change or remove features. We may update these terms; if a change is material we will tell you in the app or on this page before it takes effect, and continuing to use Peachy afterwards means you accept it.

12. Ending this agreement

You can stop using Peachy at any time and ask us to delete your account in the app (Profile › Delete account) or by emailing us — see Deleting your account. Remember to cancel your subscription with Apple separately. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where the law requires it.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peachy is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any program will produce a particular result.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Field View LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of Peachy. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Peachy in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Apple

These terms are between you and Field View LLC, not Apple, and we — not Apple — are responsible for Peachy and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction — except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which these terms do not take away.
