Who we are

Peachy is operated by Field View LLC, Florida, USA (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the Peachy iOS app and trypeachyapp.com. Questions or requests: support@trypeachyapp.com.

What we collect

Your account

An account ID. When you first open Peachy we create an anonymous account so your answers and plan can be saved before you sign in.
Sign in with Apple. If you sign in, Apple gives us a sign-in token and your email address — or, if you chose “Hide My Email”, an Apple relay address. The email is kept by our authentication provider to identify your account. Apple may also offer your name; we do not store it. Your anonymous data is then moved to your signed-in account and the anonymous account is deleted.
First name (optional). If you give it, we use it to greet you in the app and the coach uses it in replies. It is never shown to other users.
Age confirmation. The time you confirmed you are 18 or older. We do not ask for your date of birth.
Settings: your units (preselected from your device’s region), your time zone, and whether progress photos are backed up or kept on your device only.

Your quiz answers and plan

Quiz answers: your goal, where you train (gym, home with bands, or no equipment), your lifting experience, how many days a week you can train, and your biggest struggle.
Your plan: the 12-week program generated from those answers, its start date, and any changes you confirm.

Your workouts

Each workout you log: when you started and finished, how long it took, and for every set the exercise, reps and weight. We use this to show your history and personal records, and to suggest your next weight or rep target.

Body measurements (optional)

If you choose to track them: waist, hips and glutes, and — only if you turn it on — body weight. They are saved on your phone and to your account, and only you can see them. They are not sent to the AI coach, shown in the community, or shared with anyone else.

Progress photos (optional)

You can take progress photos with the camera or pick them from your library. When you pick one, iOS hands Peachy only the photo you chose — we never get access to the rest of your library — and we remove its location and other embedded data. Photos are saved inside the app’s own storage on your phone (not your camera roll), resized to a longest edge of 1440 pixels. Files in that area are included in your iPhone’s own backups.

Backed up (the default): the photos are also uploaded to a private, encrypted storage bucket at Supabase, our hosting provider. Only your own account can access them; they are never public.
Keep on this device only: the photos never leave your phone. We store only a record that a photo exists — its angle (front, side or back) and the date — so your progress timeline works.

Progress photos can’t be shared in the app. We do not analyze them with AI or any other automated system, do not send them to the coach, and never send them to analytics or advertising partners.

AI coach chats

Peachy Pro members can chat with the Peachy coach, an AI assistant. We store your conversations — your messages, the coach’s replies, and any plan change it suggests and whether you accepted it — so the coach can remember them, plus a daily count of messages to enforce a usage limit. Community

If you join the community (Peachy Pro), we store the display name and preset avatar you choose, your posts (text, optionally with a card showing a workout, personal record, streak, badge or challenge from your own data), comments, reactions, the challenges you join and your progress in them, your badges, the people you block, the reports you file, and when you accepted the community guidelines. Posts can’t contain photos.

Subscriptions

Whether you have Peachy Pro, which plan, whether it is a trial, and when it renews or expires. Apple processes every payment; we never see your card or billing details.

App usage

Which steps and screens you reach and buttons you tap — for example, finishing a quiz step, viewing the paywall, starting a purchase, opening the coach or making a post — and app opens and closes. These events carry only a short, fixed list of values such as the step name, the option you picked or the plan you selected. They never include your photos, workout numbers, measurements, name, or anything you type, including coach messages and posts. Screen recording is off.

Device and technical data

Like any app that connects to the internet, Peachy’s requests reach our providers with your IP address and basic device and app-version information, which they use to deliver the service and keep it secure.

What we don’t collect

We don’t collect your height, precise location, contacts, or data from Apple Health. Notifications — the rest timer and a reminder the day before a free trial ends — are scheduled on your device, so we don’t collect a push token. If we add features that need new data, we will update this policy first and ask where permission is required.

How we use it

To build your plan, run your workouts and show your progress.
To power the AI coach and the community, and keep the community safe.
To save your data to your account and keep it in sync across reinstalls.
To provide and verify your subscription, and restore it on a new device.
To understand which parts of the app work and improve them.
To answer your support requests.
To keep the service secure and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workouts, measurements, photos or chats for advertising.

How the AI coach works

The coach’s replies are written by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic, PBC. When you send the coach a message, our server sends Anthropic:

your message and up to the last 20 messages of that conversation;
your first name (if you gave one), your units, your quiz answers, your current plan and today’s workout;
a summary of your recent workouts (title, date, length, number of sets) and your best recent sets (exercise, weight and reps).

We never send Anthropic your photos, body measurements, email address or account ID. Anthropic processes this data to generate the reply on our behalf; under its commercial terms it does not use it to train its models and keeps it only for a limited period. The coach can suggest changes to your plan, but nothing changes until you tap to confirm. The coach gives general fitness guidance, not medical advice, and can make mistakes.

What other users can see

Other Peachy users can see your display name, avatar, badges and challenge progress (including leaderboards), and Pro members can see your posts, comments and reactions. A preview of the newest posts, with display names and avatars, is shown to all users.
Never shown to other users: your first name, email, photos, measurements, workout history (unless you post a card about it), coach chats, or who you have blocked or reported.
People you block, and people who block you, can’t see each other’s posts, comments or leaderboard spots.
Reports. When content is reported, our moderators are alerted in a private Slack workspace with the report reason, the author’s display name and up to 280 characters of the reported text. The reporter’s identity is not included. We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break thecommunity guidelines.

Anything you post in the community, you are choosing to share with other users.

Only the service providers that run Peachy, each limited to what it needs to do its job for us:

Supabase — our database, sign-in and file storage. Holds everything tied to your account described above, including backed-up progress photos in private storage.
Anthropic — the AI model behind the coach. Receives only what is listed in How the AI coach works.
Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store billing, and app distribution.
RevenueCat — manages subscriptions. Receives your App Store purchase receipts and your Peachy account ID (an anonymous ID until you sign in). It does not receive your email, name, answers, workouts or photos.
PostHog — product analytics, hosted in the United States. Receives the usage events described above, tied to a random device ID and, once you sign in, your Peachy account ID. Screen recording is off.
Slack — where our moderators receive community report alerts, as described above.
YMove — licenses the exercise demonstration videos. Our server asks YMove for a video using only the exercise’s ID; no personal data or account ID is sent. Your phone then streams the video from YMove’s servers, which, like any website, see your IP address.
Expo — delivers app updates. Your phone checks Expo’s servers for new versions of the app, which see your IP address and app version.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or to a successor if Peachy is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your data.

Advertising and tracking

Peachy does not track you. We don’t use your device’s advertising identifier, we don’t include advertising SDKs, and we don’t share your data with data brokers or with other companies for their advertising.

Where it’s stored and how it’s protected

Our providers may store and process data in the United States and other countries. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every table and the photo storage bucket enforce access rules so that each account can read and change only its own private data. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and who can reach it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data — answers, plan, workouts, measurements, backed-up photos, coach chats and community activity — for as long as your account exists, and delete it when you delete your account. If you never sign in and stop using the app, your anonymous account remains until you delete it or ask us to. Content we remove for breaking the community guidelines, and the reports about it, may be kept for as long as needed to keep the community safe. Analytics events are kept by PostHog for a limited period.

Deleting your account

In the app: go to Profile › Delete accountand confirm (Profile is the person icon at the top right of Home). This immediately and permanently deletes your account and everything linked to it — quiz answers, plan, workouts, measurements, backed-up progress photos, coach chats and community posts, comments and profile — and deletes your subscriber record at RevenueCat. It also clears Peachy’s data from your phone, including photos kept on your device only.

By email: you can also email support@trypeachyapp.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address linked to your Apple ID (or tell us the Apple relay address you signed in with). We will confirm the request and permanently delete your account and everything linked to it within 30 days.

To also delete the analytics events PostHog holds under your account ID, email us and we will request it.
Deleting your account or the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it with Apple: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Peachy, or manage subscriptions.
Apple keeps its own purchase records, and we may keep minimal records where the law requires it.

If you signed in with Apple you can also stop using Sign in with Apple for Peachy in iOS Settings › your name › Sign in with Apple. That disconnects the sign-in but does not delete your data by itself.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including California, Virginia, Colorado, Washington and other US states, the EU, the UK and elsewhere — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Email support@trypeachyapp.com and we will respond within the time the law allows, usually 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Body measurements, workouts and photos can be health-related data under some laws (such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act). We collect them only to provide the features you use, never sell them, and delete them when you ask.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on performing our contract with you (running the app, the coach, the community and your subscription), our legitimate interests (improving and securing Peachy, and moderating the community), and your consent (optional measurements, photos and photo backup). You can complain to your local data protection authority.

We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Age

Peachy is designed for adults 18 and over, and you must confirm you are 18 or older to use it. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used Peachy, email us and we will delete their data.

This website

trypeachyapp.com uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our host, Vercel, logs standard request data such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site, and the page fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address.

Changes

When this policy changes we will update this page and the “Last updated” date, and tell you in the app before significant changes take effect.
